All orders placed through our website are processed on the next business day. Please include an extra day in your shipping calculations for a more accurate estimated delivery time. Our business days run from Monday to Friday, excluding any public holidays.

Free Shipping - Jacobs Pet offers complimentary shipping for orders exceeding $69 within the mainland United States. Expected delivery times are between 5 - 7 business days. Note: Tofu cat litter is not eligible for free shipping under this policy.

Standard Shipping - Orders totaling $69 or below are subject to a nominal shipping fee within the mainland U.S.

Expedited Shipping - For those needing their items sooner, we provide options for expedited 1-day or 2-day shipping at an additional cost.

Alaska & Hawaii Shipping - Orders shipped to Alaska and Hawaii will face restricted shipping options and do not qualify for our free or standard shipping offers.

Return Policy

We strive for your complete satisfaction at Jacobs Pet. If for any reason you're not fully satisfied with your purchase, you are welcome to return items within 30 days from the date you received your order. To be eligible for a refund, return the item with the original receipt, and we will process your refund in the original form of payment.

Damaged and Defective Items

Should your package arrive damaged due to carrier handling, we advise you to refuse the delivery. If the package has been accepted, please make sure to note the damage upon signing to enable a claim with the carrier.

For damaged or defective items, we offer replacements or credit if reported within 30 days of the original purchase date.

Defective items can be replaced or refunded within 30 days of purchase, or during the warranty period if applicable.

Order Cancellation
