At Jacob Pet Brands, we are deeply committed to our partners - wholesalers, distributors, pet supply patrons, resellers, and retailers - who are essential in providing the most innovative, safest, and highest quality pet products and accessories.

In our effort to safeguard our brands and uphold the credibility of our authorized distribution networks, we are diligently managing E-Commerce channel strategies to reinforce the presence of our Injoya®, Mini & Moe® -branded offerings.

Policy Details

  • The MAP policy applies to all advertised prices of Jacob Pet Brands products by our retailers and distributors.
  • A complete list of products under this policy and their corresponding MAP can be obtained by request at customerservice@jacobspet.com. Jacob Pet Brands reserves the right to update the product list and MAP at any time.
  • Violations of this policy may result in sanctions against the retailer or distributor, including suspension or termination of the ability to purchase and sell Jacob Pet Brands products.

Enforcement

  • Jacob Pet Brands will monitor compliance with this MAP policy. Violations will result in a notice to the offending party, requiring immediate correction of the advertised price.
  • Repeated violations will lead to escalating penalties, including potential termination of retailer or distributor status.

Scope

  • This MAP policy covers all forms of advertising, including online listings, print ads, and any other promotional materials.
  • It applies to all Jacob Pet Brands retailers and distributors, regardless of the purchasing method.

Exclusions

  • This policy does not apply to in-store advertising, signage, or personal communications not intended for the public.

MAP Rules

  1. Advertised prices must not be below the MAP for any product.
  2. All discounts, rebates, or other price reductions must not result in an advertised price below the MAP.
  3. Advertising "free shipping" or similar promotions is allowed, provided it does not imply an overall price below the MAP.

Effective Date

  • This MAP Policy is effective as of March 11, 2024.

Jacob Pet Brands reserves the right to modify or discontinue this policy at any time. Compliance with this MAP Policy is mandatory for all Jacob Pet Brands retailers and distributors. By purchasing and selling Jacob Pet Brands products, you agree to adhere to this MAP Policy. Non-compliance may result in actions up to and including termination of your ability to sell Jacob Pet Brands products.
